I haven't been great about kickstarter updates, though I still follow both kickstarter and indiegogo with passion. I've helped fund over a hundred different projects and now dedicate a complete longbox to comics from kickstarter. 

Right now, there is a kickstarter up for Monstrology. It's a collection of 12 page horror stories from up-and-coming writers and artists. The original concept was quite simple. The writers were randomly assigned a monster and a location, and were inspired to write! 

It now stands as a 112 page book.

Wow, what a convention.

I'd heard that it was busy and packed to the brim, but somehow that managed to be an understatement. The booth I shared with artist Amanda Rachels was on the main floor, and right next door to my employer's booth - Grayhaven Comics. 

It was an incredible show. Book sales, prints, and commissions were all fantastic, but more importantly I got to sit down with the people I've worked with for the past year. We're spread out all over the U.S. and the U.K. so this is an unimaginably rare event. Some of these people I'd never met before. 

And they were all incredible.
